In this meditation workshop we will embark on a new moon ritual that will include intention setting, breathwork, gentle yoga, mindfulness meditation techniques and journaling. We will harness the new moon energy to set your manifestation intentions.
Bring a pen and something to write in, an intention to manifest, or come as a blank slate to learn how to call in a manifestation.
Dress in comfortable clothing to allow for movement and stretch.
Yoga mats & props included in workshop fee.
INSTRUCTOR: Tanya Alexandra, Mind Body Spirit Coach. Tanya is a Certified Mind Body Spirit Coach, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Meditation Teacher. She's had extensive training in Psychology and has been an Occupational Therapist specializing in emotional, spiritual, mental and physical health for almost a decade.
