Yoga for Men - 4 week session


This 4 week Mens program is designed for those guys who want to try out Yoga but perhaps feel a little intimidated or out of place to just jump into a regular class.

This session will get you familiar with the language, props, postures and breathing giving you all the basics needed to continue on with the practice of Yoga.

No experience necessary!

When: Sept 15, 22, 29, Oct 6.

Sunday’s 5:30-6:30pm
