What is Vinyasa?
This can be answered in more than one way, but in this case we are talking about a sequence of poses that flow together which set the template for the "flow" of the practice (breath and body).
We will cover the poses that make up this flow, in particular the movements between plank-chaturanga-cobra(up dog)-downwards facing dog. Along with how the breath moves within the body to cultivate dynamic Prana Shakti (life force).
With a strong focus on correct alignment and actions, we will also go through additional exercises & modifications.
In doing so you will learn how to move in a way that best supports your natural blueprint to experience the radiant lightness that comes with practicing Vinyasa Yoga and not the repetitive strains or injuries so common from misalignments.
