Beth has been practicing yoga for over a decade, meditation for 4 years and has completed a 200 hr Sivatantra Yoga Teacher Training in Winnipeg. Passionate about preventative health care and sharing yoga and meditation with all who’re willing to try it, Beth guides practices that encourage introspection, that draw awareness to the present moment, and that build confidence in students’ abilities so they may gain deeper insight into their own practices.
